The protection and security of user and/or client data on its platforms is of crucial importance to LFM Corporate. Furthermore, the protection of personal data throughout our relationship is a mission of the utmost importance to us. In this regard, we would like to indicate what information is collected when you browse our website and use our platforms, but also how this information is further processed. We would also like to point out that these terms cannot be applied to sites that you may access via a link on our site.
Collection and processing of personal data:
When you browse our website, our servers automatically record, in a standardised and temporary way, your access data, such as IP address, software used for ordering, ID assignment, all for the purpose of identifying your login session, as well as the time and date of your visit. Any other personal data is only recorded when it is voluntarily communicated to us, for example in the context of creating an account, placing an order and processing it, as part of a survey, participating in a competition or submitting online applications.
Visual elements (primarily photographs) that belong to you are saved only for the purpose of realising photo products and automatically after downloading by you and only in the online gallery exclusively accessible by yourself, for a period of 30 days. You also have the option of an online album to save your visuals for a longer period. You have the option of removing the visual elements from the online gallery or album at any time, as well as the option, if you wish, of giving access to these elements to third parties. Once your order has been placed and you have received it, your visuals are still retained by our production services for a maximum of six weeks in order to process any complaints or additional orders. After this period, this data is permanently deleted.
Data transfer over the internet:
Any sensitive data such as login, password, address, information about your means of payment, credit card and/or bank accounts only reaches us in encrypted form (HTTPS/SSL) and is stored on secure servers. The electronic online payment process is handled by Braintree (a PayPal group company).
Use and transfer of personal data and purpose:

Your personal data is used in strict compliance with the legislation applicable to the protection of personal data, and for the purposes of being able to achieve the objective that justifies the collection of this data, as well as to ensure the proper management of our activity, namely the proper technical administration of our web pages.
